Commission Application Form
This is the official application form to join the active queue, which is open indefinitely. If you would like to receive a price quote before applying, please use this form. Please note, I may not be able to accept every commission that comes through, for various reasons. For accepted commissions, I will send an email.
PAYMENT PLANS: At least 50% must be paid up front, with 25% of this being non-refundable. The rest may be paid at your leisure, however, there will be an appointed due date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in a 10% late fee.
